Samsung Series 7 Chronos

One of the known mobile manufacturer Samsung has announced the launch of new laptop is Samsung Series 7 Chronos premium notebooks at IFA 2011. The book has been called MAX screen technology. The Chronos 7 models come with an Intel Core i7 processor, 750GB hard drive from a wide and 8 GB DDR3 system memory. There are also some additional flash memory on the motherboard that says that the faster startup time and improved performance.

The new 7 Series notebook CHRONOS can awaken from a dream about two seconds and is ready to go cold in just 19 seconds, which represents an improvement of 33 percent over previous models. This is achieved through technology ExpressCache you see an extra 8 GB of flash memory on the motherboard, along with the brute force that offers Intel Core i7 Quad Core 2675QM running at 2.2GHz.

The CHRONOS will be available in two screen sizes, both outdoors with a friendly 300 nits of brightness and resolution of 1600 x 900. The model with the anti-glare, backlit LED screen bezel, thin 15-inch weight only 4.78 pounds (2.17kg), and version 15.6-inch screen weighs 9.5 pounds (2.31kg). Both versions are 0.94 inches (23.9 mm) thin and have an AMD Radeon GPU HD6750M with a gigabyte of dedicated GDDR5 memory.

HD Audio is provided by SoundAlive audio technology from Samsung through a pair of 2W stereo speakers and a 2W subwoofer built. The notebooks running Windows 7 Professional (64 bit), has a backlit keyboard, ambient light that incorporates useful automatic detection and software shipped with Samsung's Easy Migration to help support the effort to transfer files from an old computer via USB, Ethernet or Wi-Fi network.

Ending specifications are two USB 3.0 ports and a USB 2.0 port, a 4-in-1 card reader, a Super-Multi optical drive, HDMI output, 1.3-megapixel webcam, a high definition and wireless connectivity the form of Bluetooth 3.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n. The included 80Wh, 8-cell battery is said to offer up to eight hours on a single charge and battery life of Samsung as well as the technology is also reported to significantly extend the life of the battery.
